SPIDER SPINNFRIED’S HIGH-FLYING ADVENTURE FOR LITTLE HEROES

Ready to aim high? At our taster climbing session, you’ll put your courage and agility to the test – just like Spinnfried the little spider, who bravely ventured out into the big wide world in his colourful socks!

After the climbing, we’ll weave a ‘web of courage and friendship’, make friendship bracelets and play fun outdoor games. A day full of adventure, fun and reaching new heights!

Bad-weather alternative: We’ll re-enact Spinnfried’s adventure as a mini-play and make matching spider figures and colourful wool webs.

SWEET HONEY ADVENTURE

Today we’re visiting beekeepers Helmut and Agnes in Habichen. Kitted out in proper beekeeping jackets, we’ll take a peek inside a beehive and learn fascinating facts about the hard-working bees and their vital role.

In the afternoon, we’ll be gathering wild herbs and making colourful soaps. (Please wear long trousers and closed-toe shoes!) If the weather’s bad, we’ll explore a model beehive and make herbal soaps, beeswax chocolates and cream cheese. A colourful day out for the whole family!

INTRODUCTORY HORSE RIDING + WIDIVERSUM

In the morning, two friendly Icelandic horses are waiting for us in Ochsengarten! We take turns riding through the stunning mountain scenery and enjoy fun games in the great outdoors.

In the afternoon, we float up to the WIDIVERSUM on the Ochsengarten cable car. Once we’ve reached the top, we’ll treat you to a delicious ice cream – and then the fun can continue! Exhausted but happy, the Acherkogelbahn cable car takes us back to the Sommernest in Oetz.

WIDI'S SURVIVAL DAY

Let’s set off on a great forest adventure. Together with WIDI, we’ll sneak through the forest like real nature heroes, overcome obstacles and find the right path using a compass and our spirit of adventure.

We’ll learn exciting survival skills: making a fire with flint, building a giant marble run from natural materials, and much more. A day full of team spirit, discoveries and wild adventures!

Takes place whatever the weather.

Please pack a rain jacket and waterproof shoes.

A JOURNEY THROUGH TIME AT THE LOCAL HISTORY MUSEUM

We’ll take the bus on a journey through time to the Ötztal of yesteryear! At the local history museum, we’ll discover how people used to live. A fun treasure hunt across the grounds will test your wits and intuition. To round off the day creatively, we’ll make colourful pinwheels before heading back to Oetz with lots of new memories to take home.
