Cancellation conditions

• Cancel bookings - free of charge – up to 30 days before arrival
• Move bookings - free of charge (within the same season – up to 21 days before arrival)
• 20 to 7 days before arrival 30% cancellation fees
• 6 days before arrival or NO SHOW 90% cancellation fees

We reserve the right to retain a deposit or a percentage of the total amount in accordance with the cancellation policy in the event of a chargeable cancellation or early departure.

Please note that a processing fee of €35.00 may be charged for any refunds in the event of cancellation.
